Our objective is to become partner to small and medium North Sea producers for Commercial Operation of production and to be preferred Consultants with regards to transport and processing agreements, petroleum sales and due diligence for asset transactions.

We do this by providing professional, high quality, on-time operational assistance. By developing and continuously refining structures and systems for operational follow-up. By keeping our clients updated in a timely manner, with monthly reports. By immediately consulting with clients on any issues that may have economic implications, advising course of action. By ensuring a high level of confidentiality regarding client positions and transactions. And by listening to and adapting to the developing needs of our clients.

The Team

Erik Holst

Managing Director

Erik has 38 years of varied commercial experience from the E&P industry. Erik started out with Amoco in 1982 where he held various positions including Commercial Operations Manager in Norway and Director, NGL Business Development in the USA. He became an independent consultant in 1999 and did until he part founded EE Services (EES) in 2007 consult with E&P companies in Norway and the UK in positions such as Commercial Manager, Commercial Project Manager and Lead Negotiator on both short and long term assignments. He was also from 2003 to 2007 a partner in Eclipse Energy Group. In parallel with operating EES he did continue his consulting services until it was included under the services of EES in 2016.

Birger Lunke

Senior Partner

Birger started his career in the oil industry in 1985. Following a 15-year trading career with Statoil, where he managed the global LPG group for 7 years, and later managed the Stavanger crude oil trading desk for 5 years, he joined Eclipse Energy Group as a partner. With Eclipse, he worked with oil and NGL related issues, including strategy, due diligence and tax issues, and effectively acted as an outsourced trading department for several oil companies. After the sale of Eclipse Energy Group to S&P Global Platts in 2014, he has continued to cooperate with Platts as an associate lead consultant, servicing Platts and their clients. Birger co-founded EE Services in 2007, and has helped develop this company to its position as the leading operational services provider for the North Sea oil industry. Birger brings a deep understanding of the value chain for oil and NGLs, both on the operational and commercial level.

Renata Lysiak

Senior Operations Consultant

Renata started in EE Services in July 2011 and has 10 years of experience in oil and gas industry. From that time, she gained a lot of experience in oil, gas and NGL contracts administration. Her financial and accounting background helped her to understand the value chain for oil, gas and NGLs on the operational level, resulting good performance for EE Services AS clients.

Aleksander Lysiak

Senior Operations Consultant

As Operations Consultant with 8 years of experience, he has been responsible for managing operations for Oil, Gas and NGLs. His tasks include: follow up of sales agreements, verifying tariffs, and preparing reports, updating sales documents with accurate B/Ls dates, pricing and volume. Alex joined EE Services in February 2013.
